Ltd., Caritas Hong Kong and We were jointly awarded \u201c\u5091\u51fa\u4f19\u4f34\u5408\u4f5c\u8a08\u756b\u734e\u201d by Caring Company.<br>\nNumber of staff: 1 person with disability + 1 person in full time.<\/p>\n<p>2009-10<br>\n\u2013 Started holding talks &amp; outdoor exhibition to promote our products.<br>\n\u2013 April 09, Saikung District Council reckon us as \u201c\u5c31\u696d\u7121\u969c\u7919\u95dc\u611b\u50f1\u4e3b\u201d.<br>\n\u2013 Nov 09, we were reckon as \u201c\u5341\u516b\u5340\u95dc\u611b\u50f1\u4e3b\u201d on international rehab day.<br>\nNumber of staff: 1 person with disability + 1 person in full time.<\/p>\n<p>2010-11<br>\n\u2013 Social enterprise website launched.<br>\n\u2013 Selling the portable barrier-free ramp, targeting more than 900,000 people over the age of 60.<br>\n\u2013 Selling life education related products.<br>\n\u2013 Join the Social Enterprise Business Centre of HSBC.<br>\n\u2013 Oct 10, received first financial support from campaign \u201c\u611b\u5fc3\u8056\u8a95\u5927\u884c\u52d52010\u201d jointly held by RTHK3 &amp; South China Morning Post.<br>\nNumber of staff: 1 person with physical disability + 1 person in full time.<\/p>\n<p>2011-12<br>\n\u2013 recruiting \u201cDirection Association\u201d members and start training them in our centre.<br>\n\u2013 Published a book (\u8def\u5411) based on the financial support from \u201c\u611b\u5fc3\u8056\u8a95\u5927\u884c\u52d52010\u201d. This book tells the story of how our life fighters live with their adversities. We also held a lot of activities based on this book. However, due to lack of experience in business operatios, this book ended in a financial loss.<br>\nNumber of staff: 1 person with physical disability + 1 person in full time.<\/p>\n<p>2012-13<br>\n\u2013 based on the partnership with the China Disabled Persons Service network, we have completed W3C standard accessible website. With this, we won a silver medal in \u201cWeb Accessibility Recognition Scheme\u201d held by Office of the Government Chief Information Officer. However, this mode of operation was not sustainable.<br>\n\u2013 In order to strengthen life education activities, we have drafted a concept called \u201cDirection Association Cup\u201d and tried to share our life experiences around all campus in hong kong. However, the scheme was rejected by funds.<br>\nNumber of staff: 1 person with physical disability + 1 person in full time.<\/p>\n<p>2013-14<br>\n\u2013 we launched \u201cCSR Training program (predecessor of \u201cAQ Training program). This program stem from the our vast amount of talks(over 800) held at schools.<br>\n\u2013 April 14: CSR Training Program was sponsored by DBS Social Enterprise Optimization Fund.<br>\n\u2013 A Committee was set up and several elites from commercial sector joined us.<br>\nNumber of staff: 1 disabled full-time + 1 full-time + 1 part-time.<\/p>\n<p>2014-15<br>\n\u2013 CSR training program received orders from customers.
